Deadpool 3: Release Date, Cast, Plot, And Everything You Need To Know

Is there going to be a Deadpool 3?

We got confirmation from one of the most trusted industry insiders that a production grid for Deadpool 3 does indeed exist.

We have this information despite the headlines that were generated weeks before by the characters creator Rob Liefeld saying there were no plans currently over at Marvel Studios.

In the days since this confirmation, we’ve had a ton of reports including:

  • How Deadpool 3 plans to be reworked in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)?
  • Which version of the characters we would be getting in Deadpool 3?
  • How Deadpool’s consciousness will fit amongst the already existing superheroes in the MCU?

In this post, we are going to breakdown all the headlines going right now, everything from his reworking to the rumor from the earliest scene from the script, and of course the Rob Liefeld’s comments.

Deadpool 3 is one of the most anticipated movies from the MCU, even though we didn’t have enough information on when it will see the light of the day.

After the massive success of Deadpool 2, a third installment showcases bleak certainty and some confusion over Disney taking the FOX’s production rights. It is for sue that foul-mouthed anti-hero Wade Wilson could fit into Disney’s MCU as Deadpool 3 would be happening at some point.

Deadpool 3 Release Date: Is Deadpool 3 coming out?

Fans are terribly waiting for an official release date for the third movie of the franchise. However, at Comice Con 2019, there was no lips service being paid to Deadpool 3 in particular by the producers, which really concerned fans.

But recently writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have reportedly revealed that the movie will be there, as the script is currently under the brainstorming phase.

“Marvel has promised to continue to let us play in the R-rated Deadpool universe, and the hope is that they will also let us veer into the MCU a little bit as well and play in that sandbox,” explained Wernick

If everything goes as they said, fans still have to wait for a long time for Deadpool 3 to hit screens.

In one of the interviews in January 2020, Ryan Reynold said, ‘’Oh, man, I really don’t know. It’s just all so new with it being over at Marvel now, and, you know, figuring out the ins and outs as much as I can, from where I sit. We’ll see.”

Deadpool 2 took less than a year from production till it got dropped on the big screens. If Deadpool 3 began filming in late 2020 or early 2021, we could expect to see by 2022.

How Marvel Plans On Reworking The Character?

There are reports that they’re going to use the same consciousness leftover from the Fox iteration. This means that we will get the same Wade Wilson from the Fox spin-off of the character.

But here’s the glitch! When he joins the MCU he would be the only one who’s aware that he’s been rebooted in a different cinematic universe from the one he started in.

For any other iteration of any other superhero, this would not work. But for Deadpool, there’s a chance that it does. Also, there are rumors that Deadpool would be a different version in the third installment.

Deadpool 3 Trailer: When Will The Deadpool 3 Trailer Arrive?

Filming for the third installment hasn’t even begun, so there won’t be a trailer for Deadpool until 2022, as per the current speculation.

Meanwhile, our Anti-hero Ryan Reyolds is busy teasing the fans with hilarious Deadpool videos like this one where he crashed at Hugh Jackman’s place for his birthday.
